Rami Cassis recently spoke with Hannah Zhang from the Institutional Investor about why diversity is becoming increasingly important in the private equity space.
He argued that professional diversity is lacking in the industry, and that a wider pool of talent would significantly improve private equity as a whole. Cassis calls on PE firms to challenge the status quo that prevents those from other backgrounds being offered jobs in the industry.
